For one of our clients we are looking for a person for the position:

Finance Officer
Miejsce pracy: Rzeszów | Numer ref.: FO/037/YHU

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from recognized College/Institution. ACCA/CPA qualification will be preferred
  • Minimum of three years of accounting experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate with significant experience in excel, accounting package

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Custody of Cash Box. Make Payments as necessary
  • Review all POs and PRs for proper coding and budget adequacy before approval
  • Review all payment documents for proper and adequate back up
  • Review expenditure spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness
  • Liaison with Supply Chain and HR, prepare commitment lists every month for financial obligations already entered but not captured in financial reports
  • Preparer cash and bank reconciliations
