 Inviting applications for the role of  Account Payable Specialist with Polish and English

Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing
• Carrying out a baseline survey according to established guidelines
• Data entry into ERP application from scanned invoices
• Performing online checks as per specification - eg duplicates, bad scan, wrong address
• Updating the activity tracking
• Audit of accuracy and duplicate data entries and invoices
• Error root cause analysis and team dissemination
• Proactive controls to avoid future errors
• Reconciliation and reporting
• Solving supplier inquiries, large discrepancies
• Audit OCR output files or other batch tools
• Resolution of inquiries and understanding of supplier inquiries
• Routing out-of-scope issues to internal teams for further resolution
• Working on old invoices

 Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of Polish min. B2
• Communicative level of English
• Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
• Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
• Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
• High motivation and willingness to learn
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Welcome experience in accounting
