For our Client, global manufacturing company we are currently recruiting for the position:

Integrated Management Systems Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: Rzeszów

Duties and responsibilities
  • Building an IMS strategy and implementing tools to support the growing system and legal requirements
  • Maintain of company Balance Scorecard and periodical Management Reviews
  • Maintaining of external audits IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14001 (audits, certificates, contracts, organization, problem solving)
  • Maintain of internal audits and support (scheduling, realization monitoring, auditors)
  • Maintain of internal trainings and support (IMS, standards, rules & policies, documentation, methods)
  • Maintain an Integrated Management Systems process & solutions (discipline and realization monitoring)
  • Maintain Continuous Improvement processes (discipline and realization monitoring)
  • Implementation of legal and normative requirements and changes
  • Maintain of Integrated Management Systems documentation (registration, issuing, hard copies, substantive support)
  • Maintain and support in Process mapping
Requirements and skills
  • Higher technical education
  • Fluent communication in English, speaking and writing
  • Experience on similarly position
  • Mandatory knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001/AIAG/VDA requirements
  • Certified auditor ISO9001/IATF169494/ISO14001/ISO45001
  • Understanding of business and process approach
  • Knowledge of management, production and supporting processes relations in automotive branch
  • Ability to interpret requirements and reference internal systems
  • Auditing processing knowledge (external & internal)
  • Knowledge of the legal grounds
  • Knowledge of quality, systems and management tools
  • Robust knowledge of problem solving methods and tools
  • Communication, cooperation, self-organization of work
  • Robust knowledge of IT support systems (MS Office, SAP will be additional asset)
  • The ability to transfer knowledge - training, coaching, motivating
