Fleet Specialist
Firma: NES Global Talent miejsce pracy: Rzeszów
We are looking for Fleet Specialist to join our client, renown solutions provider for the oil and gas industry with products and services for oil drilling, formation evaluation, completion, and production.
This will be 12-18 month long temp contract. Available as hybrid work (1 day in office, 4 days from home) after initial training and induction period in client’s office in Rzeszów.

Responsibilities:
- support Global Fleet Back Office daily operations
- on time iProcurement documents creation:
- requisition issuance
- Purchase Orders distribution
- Goods Receipt creation
- Invoices processing, dealing with invoices holds
- Payments monitoring
- Cost control
- Reporting
- Vendor approvals / modifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle Pascal, Oracle Oscar, Ariba, HICX
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- High responsiveness and ability to work in a complex organization
- MS Office package proficiency including Excel
- Analytical skills and excellent attention to details
- Well organized and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic and flexible approach
